The Rogers-Lowell Area Chamber of Commerce is committed to protecting the privacy of our members’ and customers personal information. This statement applies with respect to the information that we collect from visitors to our web site, located at http://www.rogerslowell.com. This statement also applies to information we collect in order to process commercial transactions initiated by members and customers on our web site (including the purchasing or renewing of memberships online).
We may request that you voluntarily supply us with personal information, including your e-mail address for purposes such as correspondence. If you choose to give us personal information via the Internet that we or our business partners may need -- to correspond with you, that information will not be used for any other purposes other than communicating with you.

We want to be very clear: We will not obtain personally-identifying information about you when you visit our site, unless you choose to provide such information to us.
Use of Information
In general, we will only use the information you provide to use for the purpose for which such information was provided. We may also use this information to contact you when necessary; deliver to you information about our chamber and/or promotional material from some of our partners; and/or perform trend analysis, pattern detection, and web site administration.
Non-personal demographic and profile data is used to tailor your experience at our web site, showing you content in which we think you might be interested. This information may also be shared with advertisers on an aggregate non-personal basis.

We may use your IP Address to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer our web site.
Like many other commercial sites, our site(s) may utilize a standard technology called a "cookie" to collect information about how our site is used. When credit card information is transmitted, industry standard encryption is used.
The Chamber is concerned about the safety of children when they use the internet. Pursuant to the Children’s Online Protection Act of 1998, the Chamber will never knowingly request personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13 without prior verifiable parental consent.
